Taking YLPT, step by stepApplication
STEP 1
Sign up, choose Linguaskill Remote or a Placement Test, then enter the candidate's details and preferred date. For Linguaskill the fee is calculated automatically from your chosen modules, and Linguaskill Remote is for candidates aged 18 or over.
Payment
STEP 2
Transfer the fee to the account we provide within 24 hours of registering. The depositor's name must match the candidate's name. Once the centre confirms the payment, your test is confirmed and we send the Cambridge Metrica login details you use to start the test.
Test · Score
STEP 3
You take the test remotely on your own computer. When the score is released depends on the exam; you can view it on the Cambridge Metrica portal.
