CEFR.
CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) is an international standard that describes language ability in six levels (A1-C2). Cambridge English exams are designed to correspond to each level, precisely measuring a candidate's English.

C2 Proficiency (CPE)
Advanced English able to handle professional and complex topics naturally.
C1 Advanced (CAE)
Understands technical content in familiar fields and can give clear, detailed opinions.
B2 First (FCE)
English for common situations in travel, work, and study environments.
B1 Preliminary (PET)
Basic English for everyday conversation and simple information exchange.
